DDGC reserves the right to refuse admission or dismiss any camp participant from the program in order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of fellow participants. Should a child refuse to participate, or causes repeated disruptions at camp, the parent will be called and the child will need to be picked up immediately. Early dismissal for non-participation or disruptions will not result in a refund.
DDGC reserves the right to move camp attendees, especially age 5 children, between camp programs based on ability and to potentially avoid any camp cancellations.
If a camp does not fill to its minimum required capacity one week prior to its start date, DDGC reserves the right to cancel the camp and refund all fees.

Parents must start a Parent Portal in order to register for camps.
Camps must be pre-paid in full.
Payment is via credit card online or cash/cheque in the office (please start your portal first!!).
Camps are NOT drop-in or register at the door.
They must be registered a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Otherwise we may have to refuse entry if we do not have enough coaches.
We must have adequate notice to book our coaches!!
Camps are non-refundable.
Credits for illness/injuries only and ONLY if you contact us.
If your child is ill, please DO NOT bring them to camp.
This includes runny noses, coughing, headaches, etc.
Sorry, but children just do NOT have as much fun when they are sick.
Also, in a gym, germs travel fast!!
IF you contact us, you will receive a credit on your account if they are sick!!
Sign In/Sign Out: Your child must be signed in and signed out by an escort each day.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before camp starts to ensure they do not miss warm-up.
Parents should arrive 5-10 minutes early to pick up at the end of the day.
Late pick-up beyond 10 minutes will incur a $25 charge.
Camps are the end of the day here during the summer.
Tardy pick-up requires TWO people to stay until you arrive which is costly to a non-profit!!
Repeated tardy pick up will result in cancellation of child’s participation.
Camps are structured in nature.
Children practice basic gymnastics skills through drills, games, equipment time, etc.
Camps are NOT 100% free play time due to additional groups who will be in the gym.
Camp participants may get small pockets of time to free play depending on the day.
For each 4 hour block, please bring a small, quick to eat snack.
For full day, please bring 2 snacks plus 1 lunch.
Healthy food is strongly encouraged.
Peanuts are to be avoided please.
On your 1st day at camp, please watch for any allergy bulletins.
They will be posted next to the sign in/sign out sheets.
We enforce a strict no food sharing policy.
Please let us know of any serious food allergies or sensitivities ahead of time so our leaders are aware and extra diligent.
- Ages 5-12 Camps:
8:30am-12:30pm – $25 – bring a snack and a water bottle
1:00pm-5:00pm – $25 – bring a snack and a water bottle
Full day at camp: 8:30am-5:00pm – $50 – bring 2 snacks and a water bottle (+ lunch)

Your child can stay for lunch OR be picked up and dropped back off at 1pm….
12:30-1:00pm is a supervised lunchtime + crafts/coloring.
Fee: $5 per day – this helps to pay for the craft supplies!!
No we do not provide lunch – we only supervise lunch.

Enter your name, phone, address, etc.
PLEASE ADD ALL POSSIBLE PHONE NUMBERS!!

Enter your children.
Please make sure to add their Doctor in the medical area.
Also please complete ALL allergy info.
Please put your child’s Care Card Number in the Policy field.

Now you can add your payment information.
On the left hand side of the screen, you will see the link “Manage Payment Options”.
This is where you set up your Payment Profile with your credit card.
Finally you can “shop” for your camps.

Find the week you want.
Click the morning blocks AND/OR the afternoon blocks you want.

The system may feel like it is looping a few times – it is cause it is asking you to review, then to look for promo codes, then to review again, then finally to payment.
