This policy goes into effect 24 hours after the child’s second class.
PARENTS MUST NOTIFY THE OFFICE STAFF TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS.
Only written notice via email, regular postal mail or hand delivered to our front desk will be acceptable.
Notice time is for the end of the calendar month following the month notice is received. eg: Notice given between March 1st – 30th will be valid for April 30th.
You are responsible for payment for your student’s classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until the time you notify the staff VIA WRITTEN NOTICE. If a student stops coming to class without notification then that student’s account will still be charged until such time as valid notice is received. This charge will be for holding the student’s place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.
Reminder – the DDGC Membership, Gymnastics BC and Canada Gymnastics fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Withdrawal before class starts: subject to a $20 admin fee
Withdrawal within the first two classes: cost of the class(es) plus a $30 admin fee
Refunds are based on the pro-rated class fees after the notice period has expired.
Refunds are issued *after* the notice period has expired, and within 30 days.
No refunds for withdrawals after April 1st.
